Armored Warrior Launches Industrial Grade BiCS FLASH 3D Flash Memory Expected to be in mass production by the end of Q4 2022

Recently, Armored Warrior announced the launch of a new industrial-grade flash memory device that features the latest generation of Armored Warrior BiCS FLASH 3D flash memory and 3-bit-per-cell (TLC) technology in a 132-BGA package with capacity options from 64GB to 512GB.
The product density ranges from 512 gigabits (64 gigabytes) to 4 terabits (512 gigabytes) to support the unique needs of industrial applications including telecom, networking, embedded computing and more. The product also offers a wide temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) low density SLC flash solution designed to support industrial applications. Since flash cell performance and reliability degrade as the number of bits per cell increases, Armored Man's new industrial-grade flash memory features a 1-bit-per-cell (SLC) model that provides better reliability. Armor Man said it began sampling its new industrial-grade flash memory devices earlier this year and expects to be in volume production by the end of the fourth quarter of 2022.
