At the same time, AMD will expand its 5nm product lineup and will be exclusively undertaken by TSMC. In addition, AMD's Zen 5 architecture will also be launched in 2024. It is reported that AMD's 5nm capacity scale in TSMC is expected to reach the level of 20,000 wafers / month, while TSMC's 5nm capacity is at most 100,000 pieces / month level, occupying TSMC 5nm 1/5 monthly capacity. It is understood that the sharp dragon 7000 compared to the previous generation of processors IPC improvement of 10%, single-core performance increased by about 15%, the performance per watt than Zen 3 higher than 25%, comprehensive performance higher than 35%. However, there are voices in the industry that this group of data compared to the Zen 3 and Zen 2 improvement is not bright.
