At the beginning of this month, kopite7kimi, a well-known figure breaker in the graphics card field, said that RTX 4090 would be released in mid July. According to the latest news from videocardz, due to the fact that NVIDIA partners still have a large number of RTX 30 graphics cards in stock, the release time of RTX 40 series will be postponed.

According to the latest news, NVIDIA RTX 4090 is now expected to be released in August, RTX 4080 is expected to be released in September, and RTX 4070 should be released in October.
In addition, videocardz also obtained some information about the RTX 40 graphics card specifications, saying that the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 will use different GPUs, but the PCB boards are the same, both pg139. The SKU name of the RTX 4090 is 330, while the RTX 4080 is 360.
In terms of parameters, kopite7kimi, the informant, said that the power consumption level of the RTX 4090 is 450W. It is equipped with ad102-300 GPU, 16128 CUDA core and 21gbps 24GB gddr6x video memory. Its performance is about twice that of the 3090. NVIDIA's geforce RTX 40 graphics card will use a single 16pin power supply (public version), which can provide 600W power supply capacity.
NVIDIA RTX 30 series graphics cards began to reduce prices at the beginning of the year, but most mainstream models such as RTX 3060 and RTX 3050 have not yet been reduced to the initial price.
